The general conception is that after retirement people tend to become lazy that can lead to obesity. Secondly, people in order to motivate themselves join expensive gyms. Keep yourself engaged: The loneliness and sitting without work may lead to frustration (which is harmful for you ): therefore, along with taking balanced food and doing regular physical exercises and yoga, you also need to keep yourself engaged in recreational work such as watching TV, going on tour, shopping, talking with your peer group and any other activity that may make you happy and keep you stress free.
